Okay its 4am, just woke up from a really nice 2 hour sleep and I'm back on the job. We got a dope crew to roll in Venezuela with. Josh and I are used to being the ONLY ones on the team when we travel to shoot so having this crew is a serious luxury. Let me break down who's who:

Joshua Sage Thome - My partner in crime, we have been rolling steady on this for the last 3 years, thick and thin up and down this is my brother. He will also be filming everything and bringing the VIBES, as only he can!

Melahnia M. - Josh's lovely and talented PA, her other job is to crunch and edit these flash movies nightly so YOU cats can check in on what we are up to, not to mention she is our multi-lingual translator and all around organizer.

Dezi Haddock - Dez is my main man, assisting me and helping keep K'naan and the crew together and the ship nice and tight. He will also have the B- Camera rolling at all times.

Rylan Kerbes - Soundman, need I say more he's the Sound.....MAN. A very important but thankless job.

Shoshana Guy - AKA - "The Secret Weapon", my big sis, Masters in Journalism from Columbia. She's the one who pulls the WHOLE thing together, she's the real deal! She can only come for a couple of days but those will prove to be VERY valuable to the over all process.

Jade Thome - Another MASSIVE shout out to Mr Jade Thome (yes brother of Josh), basically without him and the talented Mr. Mike Tew (web design overlord), you would not be enjoying the DMC site to the fullest. Jade handles all of our web infrastructure and e-commerce.

K'naan and the Crew - Udogg, Rayzack and Kierscey, they are with us to bring the heavy tunes on stage and just do what they do best!
